Interview
I applied online. They ask you not to call until they call you to schedule an appointment for an interview. (If you call before they do they will say you can't follow directions and toss out your application.) Try to be very perky and happy at your interview. Show responsibility. When I didn't hear a status on my interview by the deadline the GM said I called in. That was admired, and I was offered a job.
Hired on the spot with a very fast process. The interaction wasn’t very personable, as it seemed they urgently needed staff. There appears to be high turnover, likely due to this approach, and I was able to start working the very next day.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Dairy Queen (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
It was a very quick interview, not even 10 minutes. Just asked general questions you hear at most interviews. Why are you interested in this job? Tell me about yourself etc.
I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Dairy Queen (Buford, GA) in Sep 2025
Interview
A really short interview, just asked me for my age + availability and the typical "why do you want to work here?" along with a "why should i hire you over other candidates?"
