I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dairy Queen (Florida Ridge, FL) in Jan 2019
Interview
Phone interview. Went down to local DQ and had a second face to face interview. Was asked questions about previous employment. It was good. They were nice. I didn't get the job, but they said there were a bunch of people who liked ice cream probably more that would be a better fit.
Interview was pretty basic as it’s a pretty standard job to have. Only off ball question I can remember was when I was asked what my favorite Blizzard flavor was. Overall a good interview experience.
Simple, straight to the point. Short and professional, all questions relevant to the position, mostly behavioural and about past work experiences. Met in person and the interview lasted around 20 minutes.
The interview process went very smoothly. the manager was very kind, and it felt like there was little pressure. I would recommend this job if you are comfortable with customer service and working fast food,
