Interview
I went into the store and asked one of the cake makers if the location was hiring; she said yes. So I gave her one of my resumes and she asked on stop what kind of position I was looking for and my availability. The same day I got a call from one of the managers to set up an interview. I went in and did the interview (which went pretty well). Within a few days I was called back and offered a job and told when to come in for orientation.
The interview process was quick and easy, they basically hired you right off the bat if they liked you. Everyone of the staff was friendly and there is a dress code.

It didn’t take very long maybe up to 30 min for the interview and like a good 15 min for her to actually sit down and talk to you. Oh and she mostly only hires women for some reason.
