Very short and simply interview. One on one interview with manager in the dinning room of the store. No follow up interview, received a call that same evening with job offer.

What is an example of a time you went above and beyond for a customer?
Hired on the spot with a very fast process. The interaction wasn’t very personable, as it seemed they urgently needed staff. There appears to be high turnover, likely due to this approach, and I was able to start working the very next day.
