The interview process was smooth, with friendly managers and standard behavioral questions similar to other companies. The overall experience was positive and well-organized. Similar to other companies regular behavioral questions and managers are nice. Smooth process in the intervIEW.

Simple and quick. Sat down with the manager in an empty part of the restaurant and was asked about myself and what I did, and things like why I wanted to work there. I was hired on the spot after the interview.

The interview process was very informal. It was mainly an open-ended conversation with the owner, and I was free to ask any questions. That being said, I got lucky since these were small-business owners, so don't expect such an informal interview with other locations.
