The interview was quick and casual. It was over the phone and lasted about 15 minutes. I was offered the job at the end after basic questioning. Predictable questions like why did you want to become a teacher and what is your general teaching strategy. There was one situational question, but it was very opened ended, no weird questions or surprises. The interviewer was with my school's executive director, who was in charge of our entire feeder program, elementary through high school.
