Applicants were asked to submit resumes online. After resume submission, applicant is called in for an interview with 3-4 employees. Once at the office, the interviewee is sat down in front of the director of group sales and a couple of ticket executives. The interview lasts roughly 30 minutes. Throughout the interview a couple of employees may talk but the others may just listen.
