First HR interview: nice
First technical interview: nice
Second technical interview: nice as well
Then, got ghosted by everyone, even though they're very proud of the transparency and communication in their recruiting process and assure you you'll have news and be informed. I have no idea why I got ghosted since all 3 interviews went really smoothly.

Describe what you did, what is your greatest achievement in your current/past job, talk about your hobbies, ...
It went well, just quick 30 mins about my exprineces, what code im familiar with, the next rounds might be more challenging. Honestly I would not look into it too much just be yourself.

2 positive phone interviews, one lunch meeting with technical staff went well. Struggle to match schedules around employee PTO. Then a rush to get there for the formal interview which was to be more of the same with a focus on a 30 minute presentation to a panel
