It is more like an interrogation than an interview process. It started with three rounds of phone interviews, an online personal traits survey, an on-site interview with a few people, and another phone interview, and another...I am not sure whether this is a typical process, or the process is specifically designed for me - a lot of the questions, especially those from the hiring manager were so specific about particular things I did in the past, I had this feeling that he either did not trust me or could not make up his mind about what he was looking for. At the end of the day, I had to ask myself whether I want to work for this company if their interview process projects such a negative image in my mind.
