Interview
The interview was "unorganized" at best. My first interview (by zoom) was canceled at the last minute; then the second interview the recruiter was 15 minutes late. There I was staring at a blank camera screen wondering if I was wasting my time. Then when she joined the zoom call - she looked unprofessional and got up from her seat to walk around to get things (and with that blur feature enabled - it looked like she disappeared). The recruiter could not answer my questions about the position, which was apparently new. She seemed clueless on what the position actually did. She also didn't tell me anything about the company, or what I could expect for next steps (which should have been a sign). A few days later I received an automated rejection email. However, they are constantly reposting the position on Linkedin with a "high priority". I actually think I am perfect for the position, but the Recruiter didn't know the position well enough to see that!

Interview
Email from Recruiter, call scheduled, to HR generalist, to team. Behavior type questions. Recruiter started off explaining the company, opening, reporting structure, and background they were looking for. She got back to me and kept me up to date. I wasn't successful in the end. However, she offered to put me in contact with another opening and gave me some good tips when I asked for feedback. Very impressed with professionalism, courtesy and empathy she showed towards me.

Question 1
Behavioral questions were asked. Recruiter was awesome to deal with throughout the process. I liked that she said follow up is fine with her, don't be afraid to reach out to me.
