I had a 1 hour phone interview at first with direct manager to be, we discussed my CV and the open job position. She was impressed and invited me to a face to face meeting. The disappointment comes when at the meeting with the same manager we discussed exactly the same things we had over the 1st phone interview. I saw little point in the meeting.
