Firstlly there was a 30 min phone interbiew with an HR person that mainlly foculed on the information in the CV. Latter on i was invited for personal interview in the headquater that was divided into 2 parts , first with an HR person too about an hour on mainlly focused on the results of Hogan test that i did prior to the interview. Afterwards i had a talk with with my future manager, and that was much more focused on the actuall job position. It is fair to notice that the entire process was very relaxed and instead of questioning round there was rather a conversation about different possibilities and the way the company works. All in all great interview. After 2 weeks I was asked to provide Danfoss with reference contact , and after 2 more weeks i got an offer.
