Over the phone interview with recruiter and then separately with the hiring mngr. Invited for in-person interview. Met with 8 different people from different functions. In-person was 6-hour (all-day) process with several would-be counterparts. Out to lunch with some of the team.

Named two alloys and asked which would vibrate more readily.
HR called me and asked some general questions about my background and interests. Then she set an interview with the hiring manager.
The hiring manager had an interview with me and asked technical questions about my experience, the job responsibilities, and so on.
1st round is Resume Shortlisting.
Then, 2nd Round is Technical Interview.
Then, 3rd Round is HR Interview.
Resume should be good. All Skills, Previous Work Experience, Any Project done before, Educational Qualification should be mentioned.

Interview process very bad. There was not direct contact from the company. A HR firm communicated on their behalf.
Very poor professionalism. Despite clearing all rounds and completing psychometric analysis, my application was rejected and no explanation was given
