Met new boss and colleague with same title at a conference, got foot in door. He shared my resume with upper management. First spoke with HR for 30 minute interview, basic questions. Second spoke with regional director and his boss, VP of the department on skype for an hour. Standard interview questions as well as asking for my detailed plan regarding how I would get acquainted with the new territory and customers. Lastly 30 minute interview with regional HR manager, then I received an offer 1 week later.

Very interesting interview and very polite. We have been discussing firstly for my educational background and my studies and then for my professional experience.
