I send my application for a Project Director job though the official job portal at Danfoss corporate site
Was call to an interview by the local human resource department. Her I did a short test (personality/intelligence test). Hereafter I had interview with the employing manager and another person (1 hour)
Some days later I was informed that I did not get the job. A month later the manager call me and asked if I was still interested in a job, as he was lacked a Project Manager. I accepted and we made the contract.

In the personal interview they asked why I was interested in the job and also some question concerning my experience. It was a pleasant conversation.

Overall 3 rounds and all were good. first round was Technical round and was having lots of detailed discussion on projects, skills, technologies, experience etc . then there was another round to discuss about managerial related questions and discussions. third round was HR round.
