Newly graduated with a Bachelor in engineering. This was my first "real" interview for a post-graduating job.
I applied for the position in start feb. 2024 - 3 weeks later I get a SMS in the evening from Hiring manager Johan Van Beek, asking for my availability for a phone call, next morning. Phone call took about 20min and was pleasant and introduction throughout. Couple of days later I get a call from a recruiter and an invite to a face-to-face interview in the Kolding hub and a link for the cognitive/behavioural test. The interview was with two senior innovators and the recruiter scheduled for 45 min. The interview took about 55 minutes and I was afterwards offered a nice tour inside the office/workshop area, which took an additional 25 min. Unfortunately a week later I get a call from the recruiter telling me the team had not decided to continue with me.
Although I didn't get the job, I will still say the dedication and effort that was put into the recruitment process were extraordinary and gave me a very positive experience. So much so when I had initially left the Kolding Hub, I felt confident I would be hired, based on the kind words, and expressed excitement from the interview, which of course was naive of me, but still should be mentioned as it is a testament to how I think the process had empowered my confidence as a candidate
