This was the most drawn out process I've ever encountered. The HR portion went very quickly, they did a prescreen and followed up by letting me know I'd be contacted by the hiring manager. It took more than 6 weeks to get the first call scheduled via e-mail. The time for the call came and went without notice and without a call. I sent an email requesting a re-schedule that was responded to three days later. The call was rescheduled and again, it was missed without notice. Two days later it was finally scheduled week out for a 30 minute call. The call finally happened and actually lasted an hour. This resulted in a face-to-face interview that had similar rescheduling issues. I did very well in the interview, but it became clear that the hiring manager was just going through the motions as my skills and experiences far exceeded his.
I liked the company very much. I think they would be a fine company to work for. However, based upon the erratic interaction with the hiring manager, I would have likely declined a job offer.
