The interview process is in 3 phases. 1) You meet with either an HR team member or the hiring manager to vet you out. 2) You have a series of 5-6 30 minute interviews with key team members at the company in different roles to see how you interact. 3 There is a final round with the hiring manager to confirm an offer before being contacted to negotiate numbers with HR.
