Initial communication with the recruiting manager began within the first week after submitting my resume. She was extremely nice and had asked some general questions related to work experiences via MS Teams. A couple days later, a second interview was conducted with both her and one of the hiring managers. Finally a third and final interview was between both hiring managers mainly asking more Salesforce technical questions. All interviews were completed extremely efficiently within a 45min-1hr timeframe and scheduled within 2 weeks duration. All interviewers were extremely nice, knowledgeable and very attentive to all the discussions and questions being answered. Although I was not given an offer for this position, I felt the company and the employees conducting the interviews were professional, explained the job description and what is expected from this role thoroughly. Overall the interview experience was great considering how quickly the interviews were scheduled along with the vast number of applicants for this position(and for a very nervous and rusty candidate).
