Their recruiter reached out via Linkedin to share the opportunity with me, and we connected on Teams shortly after. Initially, they were lovely and shared a lot of insights into the organization. They wanted to put me forward to the hiring manager, and coached me on how to best prepare, do research, etc. The following Tuesday, I met with the Hiring Manager and HR on Teams. The interview was about an hour long. The usual questions, like tell me about yourself, tell me about your role, how do you prospect to get sales... Was a good interview and had a chance to ask both Hiring Manager and HR questions about the organization. Afterwards, I spoke with the recruiter to let them know how it went, and they said she would update me in a few days. A few days passed, and the recruiter informed by via email that I was not selected. In their email, they offered me to provide me feedback. I tried to call them on two occasions, and my calls were not returned. I also emailed them to ask if they could provide me any feedback, and asked them to return my phone call. Nothing happened - they vanished/ghosted me. They were lovely at first, but just simply shut you out once you're not a candidate.
