First interview was a screening with an HR specialist. I was asked to confirm that I understood the salary was fixed (non-negotiable) and that I met several of the basic job qualifications (was current on my COVID vaccinations, that I had X year's experience, that I lived within 35 miles of the office, that I understood I would need to come into the office every day on a specific schedule, that I understood this was a 1099 contract job, etc.) Then I did an online assessment, which had many parts. One was a personality test, another was a vocab test, another was a kind of reading comprehension test, another was a spatial awareness test, another was an analytical test. Then I had a live virtual interview.
