Interview process was average but was too long and felt like a Q/A session rather than a conversation. Spent 3 1/2 to 4 weeks interviewing and was asked the same questions in each of the 4 interviews. Seemed weird repeating the same answers each time and felt like I was just answering questions off of a shared document rather than having a genuine, connecting conversation. That being said, the team was super nice and did encourage me to apply again in the future.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Talk about a time you had a deadline that you weren't able to meet (or something along those lines)
- Discuss a time you went above and beyond your job description and the outcome of that situation
- Discuss a time when you made a mistake and how did you handle it
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Dapper Labs in Jun 2019
Interview
2 interviews, 1st on the phone and 2nd was video meeting with the Marketing team.
The process went really well, everyone was super nice and friendly. Even though I didn't get the position, I received thank you email after they made the decision. Very positive and transparent experience.
