This was one of the best interview experiences I've gone through. There were four rounds: the first with the hiring manager; the second with the video team; the third with the communications team; the fourth was a culture fit with someone not related to the communications team. The whole process was transparent and the questions were really thoughtful. The only issue was the communication afterward with HR was not transparent. I was in the running with another company (which I ultimately accepted), but Dapper Labs was my first choice. I didn't receive a "yes" or "no" for three weeks but was told the team really liked me and to push the other offer however long I could. At a certain point, I had to accept the other offer and rejected Dapper Labs simply because of the timing.
