All the managers were very warm and inviting. Treated me with the courtesy as if a meal guest. I liked the questions because they highlighted essential core values in teamwork and guest service.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Darden
Interview
The interview process was 2 days long with my first interview with he BOH Manager and the last interview with the restaurant manager. Although I was nervous (first interview in over 8 years), I didn't let it get the best of me. Both interviewers asked lots of questions, most of which related directly to the position followed by them explaining what their needs were and asking if I could meet those needs. I was offered the position.
