It was quick and unfocused. They really needed people and were willing to hire anyone it seemed. Good for me but the staff in general lacked experience. Interviewer was very friendly.

Interview
Met with three separate managers the day of the interview at The Yard House. Overall, they were very friendly and provided interviews that were very concise and effective. The last manager, the bar manager, asked me about prior alcohol knowledge as well as bar knowledge and ability. A pour test was done at the end that provided a leeway of +/- .25oz in order to pass. Ultimately very easy interview process. If you've been a decent bartender for any length of time and have some rudimentary knowledge about beer and spirits, you should be good to go.
