Interview
I applied for the job and got a call a week later, I then met with the first manager who was very personable and nice. I then took a personality test and was asked to come back for a second interview. This time I was interviewed by a different manager who kept questioning me about going to college. I said I may go in the future at a local school but wasn't sure. After that I was told I didn't get the job because I may want to go to college someday. If you went to college or plan on going don't even bother mentioning it so you can avoid the whole discussion.
