Not hard, making sure you can work with other people/customers. If it’s Olive Garden those endless refills are a killer. The job itself is more difficult than the interview to be honest.
I applied online. I interviewed at Darden (New Orleans, LA) in Dec 2020
Interview
Generic online interview. Received email to call to set up an in person interview. Was told phone interviews were being conducted and to expect a call between 2 and 4. When I hadn't received a call by 430, I called back and was asked to attend an kn person interview. Somewhat the intimidating because multiple applicants are interviewed at the same time, sat at different tables. Typical interview questions, met with GM and FOH manager. Hired on spot.
