I only had one initial interview with someone from HR. They asked questions about start date and why were you interested in Darigold. When two weeks had passed and there was no response, I reached out directly to the person in HR, only to receive a rejection email from the general careers email. They truly do not give a care about who their potential applicants are.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Darigold (Seattle, WA) in Dec 2010
Interview
Pretty straight forward interview process. I applied, had an interview with some of the managers and supervisors as well as HR. There weren't any questions that were particularly difficult. Afterwards they thanked me and the got back to me within a couple days to let me know that I got the job.
