I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Darigold
Interview
Guy who called me to schedule an interview was really rude on phone for no reason whatsoever. Went to interview despite bad feeling, was shocked to find the condition of the yard. It was absolutely disgusting, trash all over the lot. Signs all over the office were incredibly passive-aggressive, snotty, and rude.
Came 10 minutes early and was rewarded with getting to stand around in the narrow hallway full of boxes for 20 minutes. Nowhere to sit, nothing offered to drink, nobody seemed to care that I was there. Rude Guy finally came out, muttered a little, then I was herded into an office with 3 completely identical-looking guys with crew cuts who asked the dumbest questions.
They had no passion for their job. Office was filthy. One of the guys just straight up picked his nose during interview. Job itself seemed awful, with terrible hours and no room for advancement. Job that they posted was for $20 hourly, in the interview they said this is the journeyman wage after A YEAR, and that you can only make $12 an hour to start.
A huge waste of my time, I would not apply for the job if I knew it paid so badly and the managers were that terrible. Nobody even gave me the courtesy to call or email me to let me know they weren't going to hire me. I would not have worked there regardless. I don't even buy Darigold products now.

Question 1
Most difficult question was me asking myself how ridiculous would it look if I just got up and walked out of the interview.
