1. HR screen call
2. Call with peer
3. Call with director
4. 15-minute presentation about a topic of your choice, with 45 minutes afterwards for questions
5. offer
Process was quick. Salary was low but they were upfront about what the pay was on call 1.
- The HR recruiter didn't seem to be listening on the screening call as he would ask me a question that I had just answered in my previous response
- HR recruiter also chose to send updates via text message instead of email, and would regularly text "hey do you have a second for a call?" - so odd and unprofessional. Please just send an email with a booking link if you would like to talk.
- One of the peer interviewers asked me "unrelated to work, on a personal level, is there anything else you want to tell me?" MAYBE this person genuinely thinks that is an OK question to get to know someone, but to me it seemed like OK I think you're about 30, you mentioned a husband.... do you have a kid??
- The director I interviewed with was lovely and if she had been the only interviewer I would have had a much better opinion about the team and the interview process
