Very quick start to finish - once I had the initial phone call with the recruiter, I had an offer in less than two weeks. Very standard questions (recruiter sent the most common ones beforehand). didn't pay for interview expenses

Phone call with recruiter, who kindly have a list of typical questions they ask at the in-person interview. Most of the questions asked were on the list so quite straightforward to prepare. Very fast response. Only negative is that they didn't expense travel to the office.
Had to write a brief statement of suitability and then called in for a first interview with chief marketing officer and another marketing executive. Interview was quite difficult and was asked lots of hypothetical questions
