First phone screening, very generic questions, then on-sight interview. I have never experienced a "cutting edge" tech company need to use FaceTime on an employees cell phone to reach another another employee during the interview. Additionally, this employee was sitting in a busy public area and eating a sandwich over the camera, forcing me to make eye contact with his double chin while food plopped out of his mouth and on the lens. I understand this employee was busy, but I could instantly tell the second we started speaking that this guy did not like me. Please Dark trace, don't interview people in person, to just have them facetime someone else! Then Darktrace ghosted the recruiter (my only direct contact to the company), effectively leaving me hanging with no response for months. No feedback on anything in my interview.
