Very quick and dynamic. I had a first phone interview to discuss overall information about the role and the tasks connected to the role. Then 2 remote interviews where I had to do several „test“ calls to show my ability to proactivity and communication.

2 manager interviews and one phone call with hr personnel. Usually took about 30 minutes. I heard back shortly after within the next week or so. It was a fine interview experience.

Got to know about the opportunity through a recruiter, was very rigorous, around 4 rounds -recruiter, panel interview with the regional team, mock call in Bahasa Indonesia to assess language ability, and finally a round with the BD Director who is based in the UK.
