I applied via email and they did not respond to let me know whether they were considering me for months, so I assumed it was unsuccessful. However, they got back to me after about 4 months inviting me for an interview. The interviewer was quite unfriendly and kept pulling faces at my answers. I waited another couple of months before they told me my application was unsuccessful.
