Process was over a month and very unorganized. They had to reschedule more than once. I had 4 or 5 lengthy interviews and then was ghosted. At least have the decency to send an email to tell the person they have been rejected.

Generally straight forward. SDR manager was really nice and did speak on work culture and moving away from the intensity it has had. It felt like a very open conversation.

They asked me a situation question on what I would do if I was a door to door salesman scenario.
Very professional and understanding. The company is willing to help and guide you through the process if you are an entry level SDR. Also be ready to be in person and present.
It was pretty straightforward, asking the usual questions of why do you want to work in sales, achievements, etc. concentrated too much on activity rather than the actual results. It was ok
