I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Darktrace (Cambridge, England) in May 2023
Interview
Interview process consisted of three stages.
Stage 1: initial contact with HR. Good selection of questions and good level of detail of the benefits package.
Stage 2: Interview with head of software. More in depth about personality and previous experience. Not technical.
Stage 3: Technical interview with product lead. This one was difficult and went into loads of different topics such as asynchronous coding, multiprocessing, decorators and OOP concepts. Although much of it was live coding, there were no algorithmic type questions which was refreshing!
All stages were really smooth, and I heard I was successful only a few hours after the final round.
Just an intro screening interview great help pack sent beforehand about the company. The first stage was a great experience and made me feel more at ease for such a well known company
