For starters, the recruiter is a washed out sales development that couldn't make it in sales.. like most in sales at this organization, very telling. The leaders, all extremely junior in their positions with very little to no real life much less actual management experience, but yet have director titles, laughable. If these red flags weren't obvious enough then look at the average tenure of most at the company.. they are lucky to reach 18mos due to attrition. Due to toxic work culture, no real training, sub par crm, unreasonable high quotas, and sub par tech stack and more, I've spoken to former reps here. Second, the recruiting team, who are very naive and unprofessional met us at a bar, Yes you heard that correctly, a bar, to talk about our future at the company.. so I passed on this "offer". This place and the recruiting and its "leaders" are a total cringe and embarrasment to the tech and cyber security space. So do yourself a favor and not spend not waste a single minute with this circus show. Also, the Account executive is NOT a AE role. It has the title but the job functions of a SDR, Account Manager, BDR task and duties all in one. So think really hard when they offer you this "glamorous" AE role and pay. Not worth the stress for such a lackluster company with a laughable leadership team that couldn't manage a Wendy's much less a Cybersec organization. Glad I passed on this "offer". Read the reviews, the real ones, they are very telling. Look at LinkedIn, look who works there, message and ask them, look at the average tenure...Red flags everywhere!
