The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Darktrace (London, England) in Apr 2024
Interview
1st stage was w/ a friendly recruiter. second stage with another solutions engineer around fundamental networking questions, what is DHCP? what is TCP/IP?, then the third interview was a presentation, and they would make you come to the office (onsite) and then present on AI cyber loop. I thank them the opportunity inviting me down to the office but after learning this, I have decided i will never make a silly mistake by coming in person when the interview can be done online instead. Stop wasting people's time unless you know they will be welcomed to the team.

Question 1
what is a keylogger?
what is DHCP?
what is TCP?
what is IP?
Smooth interview process, especially compared to other tech companies. First round is with internal recruiter, second is with your manager and third is a panel interview (which includes a presentation).

Question 1
Technical questions - what’s a dhcp, network workflow, how the email market had evolved etc.
Panel interview is more around the role, your prior experience etc. very conversational.
I applied online. I interviewed at Darktrace (Atlanta, GA)
Interview
Interview process advanced extremely quickly. You could expect to receive a follow-up email after each round the following day. I went through 3 rounds total (HR screen, technical interview, manager interview) before being told they were pursuing other candidates. I feel as though they had their mind made up prior to the technical interview despite my good performance. Based on interacting with the person they presumably hired over me, let's just say that they may be prioritizing delivering value with eye candy opposed to technical ability.
The interview was 3 rounds (phone, sit down with team, technical). The technical portion required a demo of any security product that I was interested in. Recieved an offer after the demo.
