I was called a few weeks after submitting my resume by HR and set up a phone interview. A day after she called back for me to do 2 30 minute on site interviews with the Supervisor and Manager. Then a few days after that I got called back to have another on site interview with the Director. A week later I got a phone call with an offer and accepted.
