Odd is all I can say, it seemed un-organized and disjointed. It seemed the department didnt want to work with central HR or Talent Acquisition. However once I was connected with Talent Acquisition it was smooth and easy to understand what Dartmouth had to offer. They told me details about relocating and benefits information. The questions they asked were based on the position and about me as a person. What I am passionate about and why I wanted to work at Dartmouth.
