Lengthy, complex interview process took over 3 months and involved web-based interviews, skills assessments and an extremely detailed reference check process. Reference check process unnecessarily detailed and inappropriate for type of job and had requirements that were not fair to candidate or aligned with industry practice. Continued references by recruiter to Dartmouth's need to perform "due diligence" gave a poor impression.
