Disorganized and disrespectful interview process. It seems HR is not coordinated with the professors and they do not treat applicants well. Did not get the sense that the School of A&S is a caring place.
It was an internal process. I reached out to professor directly and did not submit my resume to HR. He accepted me after reviewing my resume and my background.
He asked me to visit him in his office and asked me some questions about programming.
It is a skype interview, only one advisor asked some questions about the the previous educational background, current research areas, and future plans. Overall, it is really nice experience. In addition, it should be better prepare some questions related to the advisor's research
