I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Dartmouth (Hanover, NH) in Jan 2023
Interview
Typical length for a higher-education process, but I found the interviews enjoyable and when possible, they provided open communication on next steps. They did not require me to do any work for the interviews and only asked that I share already-created materials that related to the job I was applying for.
I interviewed with Human Resources department at Dartmouth for a position in their alumni relations office. The initial process was smooth, but the follow up was less transparent than I think job seekers deserve.
