Fairly typical application process. Heard from relatively quickly to schedule an initial discussion. Was surprised to see this was a video call with multiple people not just a "quick discussion" represented. Interviewers questioned my level of experience and kept circling back to how they viewed this position as a step down (although it would have been a welcomed step down for me). Never heard back for months until receiving a canned no thank you response.
