First a call with HR, then a Hackerrank test is sent, if passed will get invited to a Panel interview. I attended the panel round, and got good feedback from interviewers at the end. Never heard back from them after this. No kind of feedback, being ghosted after spending 3 hours on the interview process and some more time for preparation doesn't make you feel good. At least value the candidates time and send them an yes or no inside a reasonable time frame
