I applied online and the recruiter reached me out for a screening interview. I confirmed the zoom meeting invite and waiting at the room on time. After 15 mins, the recruiter didn't show up. I followed up email with her. No response. She ghosted on me without any notification, nothing!!
I never had a recruiter didn't show up and kept a candidate at limbo. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.
If you decided to go with another candidate, that would be fine. You could just tell me in one simple email. I should deserve a minimum respect. I will never apply to this company again.
