Took 2 months to be offered a position, Interview process was quick, over the phone with all the team leads. I had to wait at least 65 days before being offered the position. HR did not reach out to me during this time, I was sending in weekly emails, causing some stress and frustration. Overall it was simple and easy. However I would not recommend DataBank as a potential employer. The signs were ever present during the interview process.
