I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataBank IMX
Interview
Was Called 3-4 weeks after applying online. Was brought in for an interview and was asked questions by someone in HR, then was asked questions by a project manager, then back to HR after the project manager left. Was told to expect and offer Letter by email, after accepting a few days later, the background check started after filling out some info online and I had a drug test taken. Took 2.5 weeks for all that to go through and when I passed I was called and then emailed some general info for setting up things in their system, the usual 1040, social security, full info etc all online and signing stuff all online. This included there confidentiality, non disclosure, and other agreements including a non compete agreement. After that went in for the first day and the rest is history. Process is pretty long and not may not be worth there pay at first, but it pays off.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at DataBank IMX (Chesterton, IN) in Sep 2017
Interview
Easy interview. No challenge. They asked the usual background questions and interacted well. I met with human resources as well as the person who would be my supervisor. Both seemed very nice, but that spiraled quickly downward after hire. There is a "first family" mindset and the Chesterton location is essentially replete with snarky "kids" with foul mouths and even less class than most teenagers I have encountered. They are malicious and vindictive even toward each other, delighting in someone's failure or mistakes.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at DataBank IMX in Jun 2014
Interview
Three separate phone interviews with the recruiter, the team leads, and then the director of professional services. This process took a few weeks to get through.
