I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at DataGrail in May 2022
Interview
I applied directly and was contacted within a day to schedule an interview. From there I ended up going through 5 rounds - meeting with the recruiter, an executive, the hiring manager, various VPs and eventually putting together and delivering a presentation on a case study to a panel that included all of them.
There was some messiness throughout the process with interview links not working or passwords being required that weren't shared, but overall it was a positive experience.
That changed, however, when I was ghosted after going through all the steps. I checked in with the recruiter a few times for follow-up and was told each time they'd have an update within a few days, but then ultimately I never heard anything again. It was just incredibly frustrating after investing so much time in the process.

Interview
5 interviews total: - 1 with head of Talent - 1 with COO/CFO - 1 with Hiring Manager - 1 with VP - 1 with entire panel, including presenting a a case study that included a real-world scenario and a 30/60/90 plan ... After all of that time invested, I was ghosted. I followed up a couple of times and was told there would be an update soon, but then crickets. It's been a few months now and I still have not received an official rejection.
