I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at DataRobot in Apr 2019
Interview
Interviews are all through google hangout, Initial phone screen about algorithms processing data in text file, Second round mostly program in Codepen in javascript, Third round design related about API. And I didn't have chance to get to the next round. Some of the reschedule in the middle can see company is growing, interview is standard and clear of scope and people know what's looking for.

Interview
Better avoid if you value your own time.
Every interview in particular was a good experience; engineers definitely know their craft and their own team specifics.
But the overall process is a bit of a mess. First it was agreed that it will take about 1-1.5 weeks, but in fact, steps were rescheduled a few times, shifting my deadlines. I had to ping the interviewer a few times and give up another offer because of the expired deadline there: despite emailing my recruiter in advance that I got other offers and have a deadline to make a decision - I was told they will make their decision on the next day. Of course it wasn't the next day, and now I'm almost sure if I didn't remind them a few times about my situation, they would simply forget about that.
The overall process took 1 month, and after 5 rounds (incl. initial HR) I knew almost nothing about my potential team (interviewers were randomly picked) and I received a generic rejection message.
Yeah, and as mentioned in other feedback - to pass an interview it's probably better to show as little of your personality as possible, - as the process is somehow scripted and you don't really need to even try to connect with your interviewers, as the final team would be completely different. Since I got no detailed feedback, I can only assume that sharing a few more details about my personal experience (during the interview with a Hiring Manager) backfired on me in the end. I wish I knew that, so stick to the scripted behavioral conversation.

I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at DataRobot (Boston, MA)
Interview
Series of remote interviews. Took place over a long period, like two months, but each interview was quite reasonable. There was also a takehome in the middle. Which is probably too long a commitment but I didn't mind it at the time.
